Dark energy, which is an unknown form of energy affecting the universe on the largest scales, could be the fabric of the time and space. Is the Light of Christ dark energy? Or is dark energy simply controlled by the Light of Christ?
Current theory is that dark matter is composed of subatomic particles and only reacts weakly with matter. So dark matter is finer than regular matter.

Is dark matter spirit matter?
Astronomers estimate the current model of the universe is that it contains 5 percent ordinary matter, 26.8 percent dark matter, and 68.2 percent dark energy. Which light proceedeth forth from the presence of God to fill the immensity of space . . . the light which is in all things . . . even the power of God who sitteth upon his throne . . . who is in the midst of all things.1
Therefore, intelligence fills the universe and is everywhere. Intelligence controls space-time and gives it the property of gravity which is the power by which the worlds and stars are made, which gives order to the universe. Isaac Newton said in essence, “Gravity is a manifestation of God’s power in the universe.”
